1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Speaker Cleaner - Dust Remover (the "Application"), developed and published by NaqSofters ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Application.

2. Information We DO NOT Collect

Our application is built with a privacy-by-design architecture:

• No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not require account registration or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or mailing addresses.
• No Audio Recording or Microphone Access: Although the app produces sound waves to clean speakers, it operates exclusively as an audio generator (using the Android AudioTrack API). The app DOES NOT request microphone access (RECORD_AUDIO) and DOES NOT listen to, record, or transmit any audio from your environment.
• No File or Media Access: The app does not access your photos, videos, contacts, storage, or documents.
• No Precise Location Data: The app does not request or track GPS or precise location data.

3. Android System Permissions & Justification

The Application requests only the minimal permissions strictly necessary to provide its core functionality:

• android.permission.VIBRATE
  Purpose: Triggers physical haptic vibrations in synchronization with sound wave frequencies to loosen dust, lint, and trapped water droplets from the physical speaker cavity.
• android.permission.MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS
  Purpose: Allows the application to switch audio output routing between the bottom media loudspeaker and the top earpiece receiver speaker, as well as optimize playback volume during the cleaning cycle.
• android.permission.INTERNET
  Purpose: Allows third-party advertising SDKs (Google AdMob) to serve advertisements and check for app updates.
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
  Purpose: Allows the app to determine if an active network connection exists before attempting to load ad content.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To provide this utility as a free service, we display advertisements provided by trusted third-party advertising networks. These networks may process pseudonymous, non-personally identifiable technical information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob (Google LLC) to deliver banner, interstitial, native, and rewarded advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect and process:

• Google Advertising ID (AAID)
• IP address (for coarse geolocation / country-level serving)
• Device model, operating system version, and mobile network carrier
• Ad interaction metrics (views, clicks, impressions)

Google Play In-App Reviews

We integrate the official Google Play In-App Review API (com.google.android.play:review-ktx) to allow users to rate the app without leaving the application. This is managed directly by Google Play Services.

5. Opt-Out of Personalized Advertising

You can opt out of personalized advertisements or reset your Google Advertising ID directly on your Android device:

• Go to your device Settings > Google > Ads.
• Tap Reset advertising ID or enable Delete advertising ID (on Android 12+).

6. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

The Application is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can immediately address it.

7. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you reside within the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, you are entitled to certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we do not collect personal identifiers directly, any pseudonymized advertising data handled by Google AdMob is governed under Google's EU User Consent policies.

8. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of the "sale" of personal information. We do not sell user personal information to third parties.

9. Security

The security of your experience is important to us. The core sound generator functions completely offline on your device, avoiding unnecessary remote data transmission. Third-party advertising communications use industry-standard HTTPS encryption.

10. Disclaimer Regarding Hardware

Speaker Cleaner uses sound waves and vibrations within standard safe operating limits. While acoustic water ejection is an established technique, the app cannot repair physical hardware damage, blown speaker coils, or electronic corrosion resulting from prolonged water submersion.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this document. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
